This condo is not in Boise, it is 45 minutes away from downtown Boise and located at our local ski resort: Bogus Basin. INTERNET: Internet is provided by the Condo HOA. We don't have direct control over systems. If the internet is out in our unit, it's out for everyone. Onsite staff will be made aware and will take steps to remedy the situation. FIRES: Fires are ONLY allowed during winter and red-flag notices can/may be given at any time. Do not under any circumstances collect wood and start a fire in the condo. If burning is allowed, firewood will be provided. PARKING: There is only parking for ONE (Vehicle). Park only withing the Pioneer Condo parking area, and not in the Bogus Basin Parking Lot, you will be towed. Extra vehicles without a parking pass will also be booted or towed. RESORT ACTIVITIES: Pioneer Condo Association is not responsible for any of the services or operations at the ski resort. If you're planning on taking part in any Bogus Basin Mountain activities, it's your responsibility to contact Bogus Basin for more details. Their website is a great resource for mountain activites: www dot bogus basin dot org HOT TUB/SAUNA/REC ROOM: It's currently under construction and there is no hot tub amenity until further notice. ETA is early winter of 2024/2025, but cannot be guaranteed, and is subject to change. THE MOUNTAIN ROAD TO THE CONDO: The condo is located up a windy mountain road approximately 16 miles north of Boise. Throughout the year, conditions may be variable: dry, wet, snowy, icy, or any mixture of all of it. We cannot control the conditions of the road or your preparedness, so please take that into consideraton. We will not be able to refund or cancel your stay unless it meets AirBNB's cancellation policy terms. Whether or not the road is "sketchy" is subjective; some people may be feel anxious, nervous, or feel perfectly fine. The road is sucessfully driven by many people, daily, year round, without incident. It's up to you to decide whether or not you want to drive. A private Taxi, UBER, Shuttle, "MAY" be an option that you can explore. The road is maintained by Boise County in cooperation with Bogus Basin Ski Resort. A road condition report can be found by visiting Bogus Basin's website and Face book Account. You can also call the Bogus Basin Main Office during business hours to get a road report. Don't wait till you're on the road to search up details on your phone, there are spots where there is no cell service.
