Watch your personal streaming service on a flat screen TV. Listen to music or play trivial pursuit with Amazon Alexa Show. Cook your own meals in the spacious kitchen. Walk to fun downtown restaurants or take the cruiser bikes out for a ride on the green belt. Our accommodations and amenities include: couch, desk, fast wi-fi, Smart TV, fridge, coffee maker, coffee press, pots and pans, glassware, oven with cooktop, microwave, iron, hair dryer, and a few other amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap and all towels and linens. Also included is an Amazon Alexa Show that acts as a personal concierge and second TV. There is also a shared washer and dryer in the building for guests. Please also note that we have brand new AC/heating units dedicated to each apartment (not shared) that keep you comfortable no matter what the season. They can blow hot or cold as needed but you are in control of the temperature and don't have to worry about breathing other peoples' air. Outside you have ample patio space with umbrellas to offer shade and a shared propane BBQ grill let's you cook your favorite foods. Guests will have the entire upstairs apartment for their stay. There is a dedicated patio for each unit as well as an off-street parking spot. Approx. 650 square feet of living space.

Please be advised that we have security cameras on the outside of the unit to protect our property and our guests and to know when people check in and out. Standard check in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests looking to inquire about early check in or late check out - we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, depending on cleaning schedules and balancing other reservations. We try to accommodate these requests where possible, but any early check in or late check out, but cannot make any guarantees.

North End on 8th: This is a family friendly neighborhood and is very quiet and peaceful. There is an energy and a confidence evident in our neighbors' faces. Blocks from the co-op (grocery and wine shop), restaurants and also the bustling 13th Street. This private and cozy unit is blocks from Boise's city center with some of our finest eateries only a short walk away. Camel's back park is only a short distance away and the unit is also a straight shot to Bogus Basin ski area.
