This recently remodeled, street level haven is part of a triplex located in Boise's North End. This sweet abode was once part of a church and retains a lot of that charming character. Inside you will find the original 12-foot ceilings combined with modern amenities and beautiful furnishings. Perfectly located in a fun, friendly and safe neighborhood. Just minutes from downtown, the new Whitewater Park and the Greenbelt. Internet is blazing fast with ~700 MBps down!

Good to know

You will have your own private ground floor apartment consisting of one bedroom and one bathroom with separate living and dining room and a full beautiful kitchen. The bedroom is large and airy with a king size bed dressed in clean, white linens. In addition, there is a queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the living room. The bathroom has all the necessary features including a hair dryer and a tub/shower combo. Also included in the apartment is washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is outfitted with plates, cups, bowls, pans, flatware, and etc. It has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave. A coffee maker and toaster are also supplied. Blazing fast Wifi is provided. The entire suite is yours. Enjoy the beautiful front yard and with outdoor seating and a fun swing!

Please be advised that we have a security camera above the entrance to protect our property and our guests and to know when people check in and out. We respect the privacy of our guests but also respect your right to know. Standard check in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests looking to inquire about early check in or late check out - we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, depending on cleaning schedules and balancing other reservations. We try to accommodate these requests where possible, but any early check in or late check out, once accepted, will be required to pay an extra fee of $25, which must be paid prior to arrival and will be submitted through the resolution center.

This sought after neighborhood is in a quiet, quaint area of Boise. The other tenants of this building love the area! When you stay here you are only a mile from downtown, the new whitewater park, the green belt, Bogus Basin ski area and other cool hangouts.

Guest Access

You will have access to multiple shared off-street parking spots along with street parking on 28th in front of the unit. The North End / Sunset neighborhoods are quiet and safe with lots of cute homes and tree-lined streets.

Charming, comfortable place with a great bed in a quiet location. We slept so well and got some much-needed rest and relaxation. We were visiting family for the holidays, and the location was great for that and for easy access to the river walk trails and to downtown Boise. The hosts were helpful and responsive. Great place!

If I could give 6 stars for this place, I would. We recently moved out of Boise after more than 45 years, so we know the town well. This apartment is in the North End (a great part of town) and is quiet and very comfortable. We came back to Boise to celebrate Christmas (early) with some family members. The kitchen is so well equipped that we were able to cook a Christmas dinner with the appliances, pots/pans, etc. in the apartment The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large and clean. We travel extensively and typically use Airbnb. This is one of the best places we’ve stayed - anywhere.

We were beyond pleased with our stay at the Air bnb. Checking in and out was simple. Phil and Dana made themselves available for questions and checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of. The space was beautiful, meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival, and furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. They not only spent time thinking about the details that would not only set them apart as hosts, but simultaneously made their guests feel welcome and cared for. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and likely will only my future road trip to the ID next fall. You will not regre booking this space as it is safe, beautiful, and proximate to some awesome parts of Boise. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

This was an awesome place and great location. Short ride to Downtown. Close to stores and restaurants with many places reachable within a 20-30 minute walk. We recommend checking out the Stagecoach for dinner. An old iconic restaurant in Boise. Next time we are in town we will stay at this place again….if available.

Stayed here with my daughter for a college visit to Boise State University. It was conveniently located to downtown and the university campus, about a 10-15 minute drive. The apartment was beautiful and I would happily stay here again!

Phil and Dana were incredibly kind and super responsive to messages. It's short drive to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, etc. from their place. I would highly recommend their Airbnb to anyone. A great experience all around!

Just across the street is an easily accessible bike path will lead you directly to the Boise River Greenbelt where you will find additional access to paths that will lead you to downtown and BSU for instance. City transportation as well and Uber and Lyft are available and affordable. Walking in the neighborhood is nice and safe.
