This super cute private studio apartment is located in downtown Boise, just across the street from St. Luke’s medical center. It’s a short walk to Main St. amenities, restaurants and bars. It’s also an easy walk to WholeFoods and Boise State University! Come enjoy this light and airy stylish studio with one queen bed, one bath (with small shower), and a full kitchen.

You’ll enjoy this studio apartment with one queen bed, one bathroom (with small shower) and full kitchen with dining table for two. The building is a hundred year old mansion converted into a 5-plex at some point in its history. Due to its prime location, there is some traffic noise. We stock earplugs by the bed, just in case you are a light sleeper. Apt 2!

Great place close, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops downtown. Kelly was friendly and helpful. When I reached out to request access code for door, the lady who responded (not Kelly) told me it was in prior communication and copied/pasted with circle drawn around code rather than simply providing the code in a kind manner. When I went back through all communication, I could not find the code. So whether I simply could not find it or it had not been sent, I felt it was a little offsetting the way she responded. Regardless, that was a small unpleasantry in our overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron and Kelly’s place. The location was fantastic for all the exploring we did around Boise; we were able to walk to restaurants and coffee easily from the location. The home was clean, had everything we needed and Aaron and Kelly had a great list of places to check out in the surrounding area. Great overall stay!

Great location to get to everywhere! Parking was 50/50 onsite and diem the street (hospital side), loved the walk, and the neighborhood so turned out to be a bonus and a safe place.

I've stayed at Aaron & Kelly's a whole lot the past few years. Every time I drive through Boise & see that their spot is open, I rush to book it. They're wildly kind, communicative & gracious hosts. The location is prime, it's not loud, even though it's right by the hospital. You won't regret it.

Find us

There are four first come first serve parking spots on the left hand side of the building and in front of the building. Please limit one car per booking and please make sure not to block any cars in. The lot may sometimes be full. The property is very walkable, and there are Bird and Lime scooters peppered around the city that can be great for getting around too.
