Floyd's is a lovely no-frills duplex, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. The home offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!

The property is a no-frills, essentials only, home built in 1900. The property owners have made some really nice updates, but expect the home to be quirky, and full of character. We make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable stay at an affordable price. If you're looking for the essentials at a great value, this is it! Queen inflatable mattress available for the 3rd guest to sleep on. Please let us know ahead of time that you'll use the blow up mattress so we can provide bedding.

The property is considered multi-family, meaning that there is a unit located next door sharing a common wall. So far, there haven't been any issues with noise or privacy, but it may affect your expectations and stay. PARKING Parking is Street Parking, first come first served. There's usually plenty of parking right out front of the property.

Floyd's is located on the edge of a residential area and downtown. Expect lots of foot traffic, auto traffic, shops, stores, and the bustle of a mixed-use neighborhood. Walk or ride bikes to shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes! Boise is the fastest-growing metropolitan area in the US and the downtown region reflects that with almost daily restaurant/bar/entertainment business openings. Check out District Coffee House, Cloud Nine microbrewery, Pre Funk brewery, Fancy Freez Diner, Westside Diner, Lock Stock and Barrel (for famous prime rib and fully loaded Idaho potatoes, Fork, Funky Taco, Diablo, Tupelo Honey, 13th St Bar and Grill and lots more. All within 1 to 5 blocks away. Located in Downtown on the edge of the North End right where you want to be. Tree-lined sidewalks and streets ready for a stroll right out the front door.
