Minutes from downtown you can enjoy 8th Street vibe complete with weekend farmers markets, local festivals, music venues, Alive After 5, Treefort, Boise Basque Block, Boise Art Museum, Idaho History Museum, Julia Davis Band Shell, Art in the Park, Boise Philharmonic and the beautiful Green Belt pathway stretching miles along the Boise River. You're a quick car ride from BSU, The Morrison Center, Idaho Shakespeare and the White Water District. You can also take it super easy and simply stroll right off your porch to enjoy the backyard Franklin House Beer Garden next door. This is a triplex, you'll be renting the main floor with shared use of the laundry room and backyard with patio. We ask guests to immediately remove shoes upon entry to reduce noise for the downstairs tenants.
Other Details to Note
Bedroom one doesn't have a closet, however, it does have a nice built-in clothes rack and shelf. This apartment is in a tri-plex with respectful tenants upstairs and downstairs, we ask that our Airbnb guests are respectful of quiet hours. Please do not book in his apartment if you plan to make a lot of noise into the night. We ask our guests to remove their shoes upon entry to reduce noise for the downstairs tenants. The laundry room and backyard is shared.
