The kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless steel appliances and wifi-enabled speakers stream your favorite music on every floor. Relax and watch the big game on a 65" Sony TV in the garage or ride supplied cruiser bikes to the park...

Good to know

You are staying in a freestanding 1800 square foot newly built home with modern amenities including washer and dryer and gas fireplace. There is a full complement of cooking supplies, coffeemaker, ice maker and luxury appliances to prepare meals. The blue accents in the decor offset the caramel hues in the wood to make a playful and fun space. The garage has been outfitted for the perfect space to play games, watch a movie, and have a good nights sleep on the pull out couch. You’ll find a spacious porch with a patio couch to enjoy the weather, overlooking a picket fence. Neighborhood

The North End is a charming part of Boise. Camelback Park is a short walk away and it offers playground equipment as well as hiking and biking trails. Two blocks to the west of the property is 13th Street which features a number of bars and restaurants. Bogus Basin ski area is a 30 minute drive northward. Downtown Boise is situated to the south and is a short walk or bike ride away. The city is vibrant and very bike-friendly with the Green Belt offering miles and miles of road biking, walking and running trails.

Beautiful house, and our new favorite neighborhood! We walked to restaurants, loved Hyde Perk coffee, the tallow fries at 13th St. Pub, and the casual vibe at Lost Grove Brewing. Hosts are correct, driveway parking isn’t super convenient as it’s super narrow (took a minor door ding when we tried). Beds were insanely comfy, we loved the whole-house surround sound speakers, and had the BEST weekend here! Would absolutely love to stay here again. 10/10.

Phil and Dana’s spot is my absolute favorite in Boise, Idaho! A short walk to Hyde Park, including Certified Kitchen & Bakery (great for breakfast and lunch). The house is tri-level and the upstairs, the third level, is particularly pleasant. Great quality linens and comfortable bed. My family has stayed here multiple times and love it! Great communication by the hosts - everyone is prompt and lovely to interact with. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The location is perfect- just two blocks away from Hyde Park with great restaurants and shops. It is also only a short walk from downtown, it took us about 25 minutes through the lovely neighborhood. The house was spotless and so well-designed and cared for. It was a great layout for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was as described/shown. It was a very cozy/comfy home with all that you would need for a weekend stay. There were only two of us so we didn't even go downstairs to the 2nd bedroom/bathroom - upstairs was enough. And while it was great exercise for us, the house is not for those who may struggle with stairs as there are a lot. The location is so perfect! Two blocks walking to great restaurants, shops, ice cream! and another few blocks to a beautiful park. We felt very safe walking through the neighborhood which was a beautiful place to stroll. And it's a quick drive to downtown. Street parking was easy (the driveway is really suited for a Mini Cooper) during off hours. Dinner hour became more consuming so beware. The team was super responsive and access to the house was very easy. We loved all that Boise had to offer (The Birds of Prey Sanctuary was the reason for the visit - amazing!) and will be back. And we would definitely stay in Phil and Dana's place again.
