You are staying in a freestanding 1800 square foot newly built home with modern amenities including washer and dryer and gas fireplace. There is a full complement of cooking supplies, coffeemaker, ice maker and luxury appliances to prepare meals. The blue accents in the decor offset the caramel hues in the wood to make a playful and fun space. The garage has been outfitted for the perfect space to play games, watch a movie, and have a good nights sleep on the pull out couch. You’ll find a spacious porch with a patio couch to enjoy the weather, overlooking a picket fence. Neighborhood

The North End is a charming part of Boise. Camelback Park is a short walk away and it offers playground equipment as well as hiking and biking trails. Two blocks to the west of the property is 13th Street which features a number of bars and restaurants. Bogus Basin ski area is a 30 minute drive northward. Downtown Boise is situated to the south and is a short walk or bike ride away. The city is vibrant and very bike-friendly with the Green Belt offering miles and miles of road biking, walking and running trails.

Wonderful, cute and comfortable home with great light. The main floor had a few cozy spaces to spend our time. The game room in the first floor (converted from their garage, but don’t worry, it’s still warm and inviting), was a perfect space for the kids to hang out and get away from the parents. Bed and sheets were comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms were well-stocked with amenities. The house is narrow and 3 floors. One bedroom is on bottom floor and master on 3rd floor. At first our kids were nervous about this, but it turned out just fine. The bedroom and bed are cozy and it stays nice and dark so the kids slept in. The house is in a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from the hip Hyde Park, which has great coffee or restaurants. It’s also within blocks of camel back park and the trails in the foothills. It’s about a 5 minute drive to downtown, which is which a walkable, safe city with lots of restaurants. Overall, it was a great experience in a very inviting home.

We visit Boise regularly, as our daughter attends BSU, and Hyde Park is our preferred location. Phil and Dana's place was amazing and checked all the boxes. It was within walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, Certified, as well as other eateries and shops. It accommodated two sets of guests well (my parents and I) as everyone had their own floor with a shared kitchen and living space. The beds were super comfy, complete with down comforters and pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped. We appreciated the glassware and the real wine glasses, which is often a bonus in Airbnb's. We didn't use the bikes this time, but I often bring my own mountain bike to bike the Camel's Back Trails nearby. We will certainly return again. Christina Shepherd McGuire

This was absolutely one of the most gorgeous houses and locations. Right in the middle of Hyde Park. You could walk to dinner, coffee, bars. The house is all brand new and decorated so well it felt like right out of a magazine. As a mom I LOVED the kitchen had everything you needed, and more. Stocked with hand soaps and dish soaps, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Each bathroom had a plethora of towels. Washer and dryer are brand new and they even had laundry pods and dishwasher pods available. The fall trees changing color, camels back park- with a hike to the top of the mountain with the best views. The garage had 4 bikes that everyone loved riding. Honestly, I can’t say enough. Clean. Beautiful. Perfect location. Easy. Highly recommend.

Amazing house in the heart of North End. Not a large property but thanks to a well thought our layout and quality furnishings it was very comfortable for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. Located on a quiet street but within a quick walk to shops and restaurants of Hyde Park, easy street parking. We especially appreciated kid and adult bikes provided.
