• Only the guests registered in your reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property. Please notify us in advance if you need to make changes. • No pets of any kind are allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 cleaning fee. • Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco or marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the home or near open doors/windows. Smoking is allowed only outside and away from the property. Any indoor smoke odor or cigarette/vape butts left behind will result in a $500 remediation fee. • Events, parties, or gatherings are not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations may result in removal and a $500 fine. • Infants under 2 years old are not allowed. Children are welcome with proper supervision. • Quiet hours are from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 08:00 (8:00 AM). Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fee. • A security deposit (amount as stated in your booking) is required and may be used to cover any damages, extra cleaning, or violation of house rules. No damages? Your deposit will be returned per Airbnb policy. • Please keep the home reasonably tidy during your stay. Excessive mess will incur a $100/hour cleaning charge. • Early check-in and late checkout are only possible if the schedule allows. Unauthorized late checkout will result in a $100/hour fee. • No daily cleaning service is provided. You are responsible for general tidiness throughout your stay. • Please remove your shoes inside the home to help us keep it clean for everyone. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property overnight. Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance. • No fireworks, hazardous activities, or illegal substances are allowed onsite at any time. • By booking, you agree to abide by all house rules.
