House Rules

One or two dogs are allowed at this home, as long as you are willing to follow our rules: 1. Do not leave your dog(s) unattended for any amount of time, unless they are crated. We have a large crate in the garage for your use. 2. No pets on furniture. 3. Please pick up after your pet outside to avoid the $30 fine. Events are not allowed at the house however see our description for details on how to rent the community center in the neighborhood for up to 40 people.

We so enjoyed our time at Aaron & Kelly’s. The house had everything we needed and more. It’s so beautifulky decorated. Beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the movie room, bicycles, games, and basketball hoop out front. Our pup was very comfortable too! We were close to anything we could have needed. Aaron and Kelly communicated seamlessly with us throughout the stay. We would definitely stay again!

We had the best time staying at Aaron and Kelly's house. They were quick to respond with any messages I sent them. The house was beautiful and in a great location. My husband and I particularly liked the workout room. I would absolutely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated four adults and four children with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook several meals during our stay. Everything we needed was provided, which made our time here even more enjoyable. We would happily stay again!

Our group all agreed that we loved this air b&b. Aaron and Kelly were very responsive and accommodating, probably some of the best air b&b hosts that we’ve stayed with. We didn’t have any issues, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The space was actually more spacious than the pictures seem, I would say. We would absolutely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Wonderful stay in a nice neighborhood close to what we were in town for. Lots of space and clean. Renters before us took a remote rendering the television unusable which they tried everything on their end to correct. Great communication. I wish the master bathroom had a door on it where my husband and I have different sleep schedules but that is just preference not anything on the host.

We had an incredible stay at this property! Finding a place that comfortably fits a group of 8 without feeling cramped can be a challenge, but this home handled it effortlessly. The layout was fantastic, providing plenty of room for everyone to gather. We especially loved: - The Main Living Space: There was more tan enough seating (super comfy couch) and table space for nightly game sessions and viewing of the Olympics. - The Secondary Game Room: Another very comfortable couch, large TV and another area for anyone who wanted to do their own thing. - Space and Comfort: The house is spacious, clean, and equipped for a larger group. We will be staying here again!
