The property is a Two Story Home with a below-grade (basement) bonus room and garage. BELOW GRADE/BASEMENT -Garage Access: When you arrive, you'll be accessing the home through the garage on the back side of the townhome, specific instructions will be shared approximately three days before your check-in day and time. You'll have room in the garage for up to two fairly large vehicles. The owner has regularly parked a large Ford Truck and large SUV in the garage together. There are also a couple of spaces at the entrance of the parking lot first come first served. -Bonus Room: Upon entering the home through the garage, you'll be in the bonus room. The bonus room has a large comfortable sectional couch and a big-screen smartTV. That tv does not have a local tv channel antenna. MAIN LEVEL The main level consists of the front entryway, a dining area, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room, a powder bathroom, and a large balcony/patio. It is an open concept/great room design and is the home's heartbeat. -Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped for food prep, cooking, baking, and eating needs. There is enough dining ware for 6. There is a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker. We provide some coffee, but if you're a big coffee fan, you may want to supplement. -Dining Area: The dining table accommodates 4, however, the adjacent breakfast bar can accommodate 3 additional. We also have a high chair for any kiddos that need it. -Great Room/Living Room: The living room has a large Smart TV, but also does not have an HD antenna for accessing local channels. You're welcome to log into your favorite apps, we do not provide login details for guests. There's a gas fireplace that is great for seasonal comfort. -Patio/Balcony: The patio balcony is a great place to relax, and catch a sunrise or sunset. UPSTAIRS The upstairs area is home to 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms (one of which is ensuite), and laundry room. Main Bedroom: King Bed, ensuite, walk-in closet, upper patio access. Bedroom Two: Queen Bed, closet. Bedroom Three: Queen Bed, closet. Laundry: Washer, Dryer, small sink. Bathroom Two: Toilet, Shower/Tub ***STAIRS*** There is no way to access the home without climbing some stairs. From the front entryway, expect to climb no more than 7 stairs. From the garage entrance, expect to climb at least 15 stairs From the main level to the bedrooms, expect to climb at least 15 stairs.
