Guests often compliment the comfy bedding and getting a good night's sleep. You won't regret booking this cozy spot!

Good to know

This triplex home blends convenience with comfort. Your unit is on the second floor above the garage and doesn't share any walls with the other units. Amenities include: shared hot tub, desk, FAST wi-fi, Smart TV clothes washer and dryer in the building, fridge, drip coffee maker, coffee press, pots and pans, glassware, microwave, iron, hair dryer, and other amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap and all towels and linens. Also included is an Amazon Alexa Show that acts as a personal concierge and second TV. The house has multiple cruiser bikes with locks to get around town and ride along the green belt. Another good option are e-scooters from Bird, Lime or Spin that can get you around quickly. The shared hot tub is underneath this unit in the garage and we have recently added a paver patio and a couple of chairs. Our quiet hours help keep all our guests happy and getting a good night's rest.

Other Details to Note

Please be advised that we have security cameras on the outside of the building to protect our property and our guests and to know when people check in and out. Standard check in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests looking to inquire about early check in or late check out - we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, depending on cleaning schedules and balancing other reservations. We try to accommodate these requests where possible, but any early check in or late check out, once accepted, will be required to pay an extra fee of $25, which must be paid prior to arrival and will be submitted through the resolution center.

Downtown on 18th: This is a family friendly neighborhood and is very quiet and peaceful. There is an energy and a confidence evident in our neighbors' faces. This private and cozy studio is blocks from Boise's city center with some of our finest eateries only a short walk away. Blocks from BSU, downtown and the Greenbelt.

Guest Access

You will have a well-appointed second floor studio over the garage with its own private entrance, accessible by a single staircase. There is a lovely garden around the front of the property to enjoy and a new patio project to enjoy outdoor living. The hot tub is in the garage which is shared with one other unit.

Great spot - was there for a solo trip for a few days and had everything I needed. Location was close to everything, walking to downtown, etc. Would stay here again no questions asked, thanks!

This was a sweet little space I had all to myself to take a break and unwind. The place was comfortable and had everything I needed. I even got to enjoy the hot tub, and had a lovely walk downtown for dinner. Great hosts and wonderful place!

Amazing location! Short walk from the center of the city but the Airbnb itself is very quiet and tucked into a cute tree-lined neighborhood. Perfect for our quick getaway from SLC. Would stay again!

Getting around is very easy. Uber and Lyft are widely available, as are rented scooters and bikes. Check out https://boise DOT greenbike DOT com/ or www DOT li DOT me/ for more information on renting and locations. The Boise greenbelt stretches for 25 miles around the city. Additionally, the city is very bike friendly and extremely safe. So walking is definitely an option.
