Seasonally, a parking pass is required. We provide the pass. The physical pass is located inside the unit and needs to be displayed on your dashboard during your stay, and then returned to the unit before checking out. See House Rules for more details. Full shared back yard with our four unit apartment building. Yours is a free standing, independent bungalow. A Roku TV is available to our guests so that guests can log into their entertainment apps (Netflix, Hulu etc.) In the shared space: A complimentary washing machine and dryer.

House Rules

House Rules Parking Pass: A parking pass is provided for you to be able to parkon the street and will be located inside the property upon your arrival. Please leave the parking pass inside the home at checkout so it is available for future guests. Failure to return the parking pass may result in a $50 replacement charge. In addition, if the missing pass causes operational issues, prevents future guests from using the designated parking, results in refunds, reservation cancellations, replacement costs, or other related damages, you may be held responsible for those reasonable costs as well. 1. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years old, must provide identification upon request, and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. 2. Registered Guests Only Only guests included on the reservation may access or stay at the property unless prior written approval has been obtained. 3. No Parties, Events, or Gatherings Parties, events, receptions, gatherings, or other functions are strictly prohibited without prior written approval. 4. Respect for Others Guests shall not engage in any activity that constitutes a nuisance or interferes with the quiet enjoyment, safety, comfort, or use of neighboring properties or the property itself. This includes conduct that disturbs, harasses, threatens, inconveniences, or interferes with neighbors, owners, hosts, co-hosts, cleaners, contractors, maintenance personnel, vendors, other guests, or any person associated with the property. 5. Quiet Hours Guests must comply with all published quiet hours and any applicable neighborhood, condominium, HOA, or community noise restrictions. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party and any approved visitors comply with quiet hour requirements. 6. Compliance with Laws and Community Rules Guests must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, city, neighborhood, condominium, homeowners association (HOA, if applicable), and community rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws during their stay. Guests agree to be financially responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from violations by themselves or members of their party. 7. No Smoking Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and the use of any illegal substances are prohibited unless specifically authorized in the listing description. 8. Pets Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing or expressly permitted by the listing. 9. Property Care Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and must promptly report any damage, maintenance issue, safety concern, or accident. 10. Safety and Security Guests may not tamper with security devices, safety equipment, smoke detectors, locks, internet equipment, or other property systems. 11. Commercial Activities Commercial photography, filming, business operations, events, or other commercial activities are prohibited without prior written approval. 12. Check-In and Check-Out Guests must observe published check-in and check-out times unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing. 13. Violations Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to Airbnb or other booking platforms.
