The physical pass is located inside the unit and needs to be displayed on your dashboard during your stay, and then returned to the unit before checking out. See House Rules for more details. At 302 square feet, it is small but functional with a great ambiance! Please note this is an open space with no door between and bedroom and living space. A Roku TV is available to our guests so that guests can log into their entertainment apps (Netflix, Hulu etc.) In the shared space: A complimentary washing machine and dryer.

House Rules A parking pass is provided for our guests' use, its inside the property. If this pass is not returned to the bungalow on your check in date, a $50 fine will be charged. 1. First things, first! - All bookings require a security deposit of $200 which will be charged at the time of booking according to Airbnb's deposit policy. We reserve the right to keep this deposit to cover any incidental damages during your stay. No damages? Airbnb will return your deposit per their terms (https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/140/how-does-airbnb-handle-security-deposits). 2. Is your name on our list? If more guests are staying at the property than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. 3. Change of plans? If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but no promises! 4. Play safe! When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, accidents, or illnesses that occur in the property and any amenity spaces offered. If you notice anything that presents a danger yourself, anyone traveling with you, or at the property, please let us know as soon as you check in. 5. Mind the neighbors, please! Parties or excessive noise is not allowed in our property - misbehavior costs $500. 6. Enjoy the fresh air! Feel free to smoke outside of the property, but please do not smoke indoors or near an open door or window- leaving behind a smoky property and/or cigarette butts costs $500. 7. Humans on vacation. We know you love your fuzzy friends, but this is a trip for you ! This property is for human-use only - break this rule and we’ll have to charge you $500. 8. A clean home is a happy home. If the property is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required. 9. Early check-ins. This property is regularly booked and our team does everything possible to prepare the home for your stay. The only time we can accommodate an early check-in is; 1. There is no guest checking out on the day of your check-in, or 2. The co-host get's the place ready because of a light schedule. Either way, we'll do our best, but please plan on checking in at the time stated in the check-in instructions. 10. Time is of the essence! Late checkouts will delay our cleaning professionals and result in a $100 charge for each hour. 11. Please don’t feed the dust bunnies. Our home comes stocked with living essentials, but we do not provide daily cleaning services. 12. Please return the parking pass after use. There is a $30 fine if the parking pass is not returned upon check-out. 13. Let’s shake on it. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy and charming, and the hosts so friendly. What made the stay extra awesome was the location: so many things were within walking distance that we never used our car the entire three days we were there. We loved the place so much and are already planning a return visit.

Disfrutamos mucho la visita a Boise en la casa de Aaron y Kelly. La verdad es que la casa estaba a incluso mejor que en las fotos. Era pequeña, pero muy acogedora (perfecta para una pareja como nosotros), además de que estaba todo reluciente. En cuanto a la ubicación, está en una zona muy tranquila por la noche, y muy cerca del Downtown de Boise (nosotros íbamos andando a todos lados). Fue un placer.

Great location in Boise. Easy to walk downtown and get from place to place. They offer a sound machine and ear plugs but we didn’t need them (we live in Seattle so we are use to car noise) but overall super easy to get to, the instructions were clear to get in. It’s a small space but with the two of us it was fine, and it has a nice and spacious bathroom.
