This brand new apartment is located in Boise's North End, near Camel's Back Park, Ridge to River's Trails, Hyde Park, and minutes from St. Luke's Hospital. The home is fully furnished, brand new, and has everything you'll need to call it home whether for a week or for a few months! Book with us now!

Good to know

The 'North End Cozy Guest Apartment' is a brand new daylight basement apartment underneath the owner's home, and it has been built with guest comfort and hospitality in mind. Construction was just completed in November 2022. You'll have your own secure private entrance at the back of the property next to your dedicated parking space. Upon entering the property, you'll be greeted with a large great room in front of you, a well stocked kitchen to your right, and a dedicated workspace to you left. Down the hall you'll find the large, bright bedroom with a king bed and a large walk-in closet. Adjactent the bedroom is a comfortable, bathroom with tub/shower, and a stackable washer and dryer in the closet. **Currently the outside spaces are unfinished and landscaping will be installed as soon as weather permits.

Other Details to Note

*Parking at the Guest Apartment is very particular and you must park in the dedicated parking space only. We currently only have space for one vehicle (more details about how and where will be included in your check-in instructions as well as the house rules). **The entryway has a set of stairs that lead down to the main door for the apartment (more details about how to access the door will be included in your check-in instuructions). ***Noise is possible from the main house, expect noises common with apartments.

As someone who grew up in Boise's North End, I'm certain that it captures 'everything Boise'! You're surrounded by people who enjoy active lifestyles, beautiful historic and renovated homes, tree-lined streets, parks, restaurants and more! Spend time at Camel's Back Park, hike (ride, or run) on one of the many Ridge to River's Trails. Dine out at one of the locally owned pubs or restaurants in Hyde Park, or just go for an evening stroll in the neighborhood. And, since you're so close to downtown, make sure you visit our friendly, ecclectic and safe downtown area!

Absolutely loved the location near Camelback & Hyde park, easily walkable to both locations. Only a few minutes drive to Boise Co-op grocery store or downtown activities. The home was very clean, very well stocked and just as described / pictured. There was a small amount of noise from above , but nothing unbearable or a deal breaker. We knew what to expect with the property being a subterranean apartment and from previous reviews. The space was light and bright and very comfortable for our 4 night stay. Thank you for the lovely stay, Aaron and Kelly!

We had a fantastic stay! The space felt huge and comfortable, with plenty of room and a great bathroom setup. Everything was spotless — top tier cleanliness. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and we really appreciated how thoughtful they were. You can hear some normal footsteps/noise from above since the owners live upstairs, but it wasn’t disruptive at all and was clearly noted in the listing, which we appreciated. The YouTube video walkthrough showing parking and door access was so helpful and made check-in a breeze. We also loved having full control of the air conditioning — it made the space extra comfortable. It truly was the perfect spot for our weekend away, and we definitely plan to stay again! One of the nicest airbnb's we have stayed in!

Our stay in Boise was wonderful. It is a very walkable city and we found many things do in our short stay there. This home was absolutely beautiful inside. We stayed very busy during our short stay biking along the Boise River, hiking Table Top and touring the old Penitentiary walking. One night we just stayed in to enjoy this home with all its well appointed decor and amenities. I would stay again if I were to return to Boise.
