About

We have designed this luxury unit from the ground up to thrill and intrigue the senses of our guests. Bedazzled in chrome and rivets, this unit blends style, technology and comfort. From the purple accents to the lighting to the amenities, we tried to think of every comfort our guests could imagine and then some.

Good to know

This is the downstairs back unit of a 107 year old triplex. The decor is intended to teleport our guests back to 1957 and the space race, where the Soviet Union and the United States competed to launch rockets into the atmosphere. The purple colorings make you feel like you're in the cosmos, and the mirrored furnishings and rivets harken back to days gone by where ANYTHING WAS POSSIBLE. Please also note that we have brand new AC/heating units that keep you comfortable no matter what the season. They can blow hot or cold as needed but you are in control of the temperature and each apartment has dedicated units so you are not sharing air with other guests. Approx. 650 square feet of living space.

Other Details to Note

Please be advised that we have security cameras on the outside of the unit to protect our property and our guests and to know when people check in and out. This unit is not wheelchair accessible. Standard check in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Guests looking to inquire about early check in or late check out - we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, depending on cleaning schedules and balancing other reservations. We try to accommodate these requests where possible, but any early check in or late check out, once accepted, will be required to pay an extra fee of $25, which must be paid prior to arrival and will be submitted through the resolution center.

No more than 4 guests unless otherwise discussed. These are also posted in the property, are strictly enforced and are subject to $250 fine for each violation.

Neighborhood

Boise's North End is bustling with activity and a lot of people being healthy and enjoying the outdoors. Our building is just a few blocks walk down from the North End CoOp market and there is an energetic vibe running up 8th Avenue towards Camelsback and the Foothills.

Guest Access

Guests will have the entire back apartment of a triplex for their stay. There is a dedicated patio for each space, as well as an off-street parking spot. The floorplan is cleverly designed so as not to share very many walls (or floor) with the other units. Cruiser bikes are also available from the garage and there is a shared laundry facility in the basement.

This is the 5th time we’ve stayed at one of Phil and Dana’s listings on this property, and the 4th time in this unit. We come to Boise a few times a year to visit our son. Obviously we are very pleased with it! The best part is how walkable it is to downtown and 13th Street, making going out to eat convenient. We will be back!
