The home is perfectly suited for 4 adults but can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. MAIN FLOOR: -Living Room: Features a comfortable double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress and a swiveling, rocking recliner. -Kitchen: A modern, fully-equipped kitchen opens to the dining area. -Dining: Dining table seats 4, with two extra foldable chairs to accommodate 6. A breakfast bar provides two additional spots. -Bedroom 1: Contains a queen bed and a pack-n-play crib. -Bathroom: A convenient full bathroom. -Laundry: A laundry closet with a full-sized, stackable washer and dryer. UPPER LEVEL: -Bedroom 2: Offers a queen bed and a twin click-clack couch bed. Features charming shuttered windows with decorative safety rails that open to overlook the living area below. -Bathroom: A small full bathroom completes the upper level.
