We are in the heart of Boise’s North End and within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. 1 block from the Boise Co-op where city bike rentals are available. Bike or walk to the Saturday market or enjoy some of Boise’s finest restaurants. The North End Hideaway is the perfect size for a peaceful stay! Thoughtfully decorated with local art, functional furniture, a cozy queen posturepedic bed, and all of the essentials to book with confidence!

This daylight basement is the perfect North End location for a visit to Boise. It is within a short walk to the popular Boise Co-op, Hyde park and just blocks from downtown. Shopping, dining and night-life are within a 10 minute walk!

Off street free parking is available to our guests. A Roku TV is available to our guests so that guests can log into their entertainment apps (Netflix, Hulu etc.) In the shared space: A complimentary washing machine and dryer.

Minimum Booking Age The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years old, must provide identification upon request, and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay. No Parties, Events, or Gatherings Parties, events, receptions, gatherings, or other functions are strictly prohibited without prior written approval. 4. Respect for Others Guests shall not engage in any activity that constitutes a nuisance or interferes with the quiet enjoyment, safety, comfort, or use of neighboring properties or the property itself. This includes conduct that disturbs, harasses, threatens, inconveniences, or interferes with neighbors, owners, hosts, co-hosts, cleaners, contractors, maintenance personnel, vendors, other guests, or any person associated with the property. 5. Quiet Hours Guests must comply with all published quiet hours and any applicable neighborhood, condominium, HOA, or community noise restrictions. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party and any approved visitors comply with quiet hour requirements. 6. Compliance with Laws and Community Rules Guests must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, city, neighborhood, condominium, homeowners association (HOA, if applicable), and community rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws during their stay. Guests agree to be financially responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from violations by themselves or members of their party. 7. No Smoking Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and the use of any illegal substances are prohibited unless specifically authorized in the listing description. 8. Pets Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing or expressly permitted by the listing. 9. Property Care Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and must promptly report any damage, maintenance issue, safety concern, or accident. 10. Violations Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to Airbnb or other booking platforms.
