Stevie's is a lovely no-frills duplex, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. Stevie's offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!
Good to know
The property is a no-frills home built in 1900. The property owners have made some really nice updates, but expect the home to be quirky, and full of character. We make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable stay at an affordable price. If you're looking for the essentials at an amazing price, this is it! There is one bedroom and one bathroom with a stand up shower in this unit. The living room is ready for relaxation with a smart TV, comfortable couch and a coffee table. The couch is a pull out for guests to use for the 3rd guest.
Other Details to Note
The property is considered multi-family, meaning that there is a unit located next door sharing a common wall. So far, we have rarely had issues with noise or privacy from the neighboring unit, but it may affect your expectations and stay. Also, given the proximity to downtown, please expect traffic noise.
