Stevie's is a lovely no-frills, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. Stevie's offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!

Good to know

The property is a no-frills home built in 1900. The property owners have made some really nice updates, but expect the home to be quirky, and full of character. We make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable stay at an affordable price. If you're looking for the essentials at an amazing price, this is it! There is one bedroom and one bathroom with a stand up shower in this unit. The living room is ready for relaxation with a smart TV, comfortable couch and a coffee table. The couch is a pull out for guests to use for the 3rd guest.

Other Details to Note

The property is considered multi-family, meaning that there is a unit located next door sharing a common wall. So far, there haven't been any issues with noise or privacy from the neighboring unit, but it may affect your expectations and stay. Also, given the proximity to downtown, please expect traffic noise.

Neighborhood

Stevie's is located on the edge of a residential area and downtown. Expect lots of foot traffic, auto traffic (and associated noise), shops, stores, and the bustle of a mixed-use neighborhood. Walk or ride bikes to shops, bars, restaurants and cafes!

Guest Access

The entire 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is dedicated to our guests. You will not share this space. The porch is a shared entrance for the duplex.

Cute little place, I didn't realize it was split (duplex). Could hear the neighbors a couple times. If you're staying on a Monday night, be aware you could have a rude awakening around 4 am from the garbage truck. House was cute, bathroom clean, white noise machine in the bedroom (made me consider getting one for myself)

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! This was my second stay at this location. I had another great experience staying here! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown. The host was excellent - friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, relaxing and convenient stay in the area.

I definitely want to say this is the best spot you can stay at while in Boise, Idaho. It is walking distance from downtown which was fantastic if you’re looking for bars and restaurants. Overall the place was very clean and cozy, I felt right at home when I entered the house. I recommend staying at this place if you are planning a visit to Boise, Idaho. I know I’ll be staying again soon. Thank you Aaron & Kelly for being amazing hosts.

I loved that they saved a 125 year old duplex , very appropriate for the neighborhood and the inside was very modern and updated , several stores and restaurants are within blocks. Being on the edge of Downtown we were also able to walk all over downtown as well as the Hyde Park street fair , the place was in the perfect location, definitely worth using again.
