This super cute one bedroom apartment is in a great location in downtown Boise right next to St. Luke’s medical center and an easy walk to 8th Street restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also an easy walk to WholeFoods, Ann Morrison Park, and Boise State University! Come enjoy this stylish cozy apartment with one queen bed, one twin sofa bed, one bathroom, and a full kitchen.

Good to know

You’ll enjoy the great location, with an easy walk to much of what downtown boise has to offer. The apartment has charming and thoughtful touches throughout. The building is a hundred year old mansion converted into a 5-plex at some point in its early history. Due to its prime location, there is some traffic noise. We stock earplugs by the bed, just in case you are a light sleeper. Apt 3!

Other Details to Note

There are four first come first serve parking spots on the left hand side of the building and in front of the building. Please limit one car per booking and please make sure not to block any cars in. The lot may sometimes be full. The property is very walkable, and there are Bird and Lime scooters peppered around the city that can be great for getting around too. After 1 guest, $10 per person, per night. NEW futon couch sleeps 1 person in the living room.

Very central location - close to everything! Aaron and Kelly were very responsive and helpful during my stay. They also provide great recommendations for things to do and visit during your stay.
