Unregistered overnight guests may result in additional charges and possible reservation modification or cancellation. – If you’d like to extend your stay, please message us. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but it depends on availability. – By booking this home, you accept full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Please report any safety issues when you arrive. – No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Violations may result in a $500 fee and removal from the property. – No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the home or near open windows or doors. Smoking is allowed outside, away from the property. If the home smells like smoke or if butts are left behind, a $500 cleaning and remediation fee will be charged. – No pets of any kind unless explicitly approved in your current booking. Prior pet approvals do not carry over. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee. – Please leave the home reasonably tidy. If excessive cleaning is required, you may be charged $100/hour for additional housekeeping. – Early check-in and late checkout are only possible if the calendar and cleaning schedule allow. There is no luggage storage before check-in or after checkout. – This home is self-serve and does not include daily cleaning service. – Please remove your shoes inside the home. Help us keep it clean for the next guest. – No fireworks are allowed on or around the property at any time. – We do not provide travel insurance and are not responsible for trip interruptions, illness, or emergencies. Refunds are only issued in accordance with the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. – By booking this property, you agree to all of these house rules. Aaron&Kelly’s place is so nice! The house is in a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac, it was super clean and spacious I felt right at home, I would definitely recommend staying here
