Our guests LOVE our location! We are in the heart of Boise’s North End and within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. 1 block from the Boise Co-op where city bike rentals are available. Bike or walk to the Saturday market or enjoy some of Boise’s finest restaurants. The North End Getaway is the perfect size for a peaceful stay! Thoughtfully decorated with local art, functional furniture, a cozy queen posturepedic bed, and all of the essentials to book with confidence!

This daylight basement is filled with natural light! We offer our guests complimentary regular and decaf coffee, creamer and sugar. For snacking, we offer our guests complimentary breakfast bars for your first morning. Washer and dryer is available to all guests in common area in building.

Other Details to Note

Please return the parking pass on your check out day to avoid the $50 fine. A Roku TV is available to our guests so that guests can log into their entertainment apps (Netflix, Hulu etc.) In the shared space: A coin-op dryer is available and complimentary washing machine.

House Rules 1. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years old, must provide identification upon request, and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. 2. Registered Guests Only Only guests included on the reservation may access or stay at the property unless prior written approval has been obtained. 3. No Parties, Events, or Gatherings Parties, events, receptions, gatherings, or other functions are strictly prohibited without prior written approval. 4. Respect for Others Guests shall not engage in any activity that constitutes a nuisance or interferes with the quiet enjoyment, safety, comfort, or use of neighboring properties or the property itself. This includes conduct that disturbs, harasses, threatens, inconveniences, or interferes with neighbors, owners, hosts, co-hosts, cleaners, contractors, maintenance personnel, vendors, other guests, or any person associated with the property. 5. Quiet Hours Guests must comply with all published quiet hours and any applicable neighborhood, condominium, HOA, or community noise restrictions. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party and any approved visitors comply with quiet hour requirements. 6. Compliance with Laws and Community Rules Guests must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, city, neighborhood, condominium, homeowners association (HOA, if applicable), and community rules, regulations, ordinances, and laws during their stay. Guests agree to be financially responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from violations by themselves or members of their party. 7. No Smoking Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and the use of any illegal substances are prohibited unless specifically authorized in the listing description. 8. Pets Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing or expressly permitted by the listing. 9. Property Care Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and must promptly report any damage, maintenance issue, safety concern, or accident. 10. Safety and Security Guests may not tamper with security devices, safety equipment, smoke detectors, locks, internet equipment, or other property systems. 11. Commercial Activities Commercial photography, filming, business operations, events, or other commercial activities are prohibited without prior written approval. 12. Check-In, Check-Out, and Departure Instructions Guests must observe published check-in and check-out times unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing. Guests agree to follow all published check-out and departure instructions provided in the listing, house manual, guidebook, guest portal, or guest communications. 13. No Fireworks or Hazardous Activities Fireworks, explosives, open burning, and other hazardous activities are strictly prohibited on the property at all times unless expressly authorized by the host in writing. 14. Violations Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting to Airbnb or other booking platforms.
