About
The property is wonderfully located just on the edge of downtown. The living spaces are large and roomy so you won't feel cramped. The main living area is spacious, light and has plenty of space to spread out. The bedroom too is spacious. Down the hallway you'll find the bathroom with amazing fixtures and finishes. The kitchen will provide all the counter space you need to cook like a creative. We offer complimentary coffee to all our guests! All of the spaces are clean and in great shape!

Other Details to Note
There is free parking on the street, but it is first-come, first-served. 13th and 14th streets are the most convenient locations for parking. I have numerous guests who have not experienced any issues with parking. However, if you do get a ticket, I will pay for it. Some signs indicate permit parking. The apartment does not have its own temperature control unit. If necessary, I will adjust the temperature. Otherwise, you can use the window unit or space heater provided. The temperature is usually adequate without my help, but that is how temperature is regulated.
